MESSAGE
Harmony in families,
circles of neighbors,
cycles in communities.
With the three “wa” as our allies (mikata), we will build a vibrant future for Japan.
Japan’s population aged 65 or over has reached 36.24 million, an aging rate of 29.6% (as of September 2026), and with about 1.6 million deaths a year the country has entered an era of high mortality. On top of rapid aging, our society faces serious challenges: a long-running decline in births, a shrinking workforce, and falling real incomes as prices rise.
These changes are creating new demand and new challenges not only in care and medicine but across a wide range of areas from later life to after death, including housing, money, inheritance and funerals. And the challenges facing children and young people, the parenting generation and older people are all closely connected.
Our vision is to realize an inclusive society that leaves no one behind. With the “wa” of families, neighbors and communities on our side, we work with many specialists, including national and local government. By analyzing social challenges and connecting a wide range of companies and organizations, we create the mechanisms for circular local economies that can keep growing.

Value
What we offer
Deep expertise: insight into social challenges gained through many social contribution activities, and the ability to turn the goals of government and businesses into concrete, clear proposals.
We understand the root of challenges that are intertwined across generations, from the welfare of children and young people to the welfare of older people, and help develop fundamental measures, strategies and business plans. We have an extensive track record and know-how in multi-professional collaboration in community-based integrated care and in developing community services and commercial businesses.

OUR PERSPECTIVE
Seeing challenges across
generations as a whole.
Chronic social problems such as isolation and loneliness are not limited to any particular age group. The challenges of children and young people are closely linked to those of the parenting generation, and theirs to those of older people. Sometimes, as with “young carers,” the challenges of older people directly affect children and young people.
Treating each visible problem in isolation will not solve challenges that are this intertwined. Only by analyzing challenges by age, gender, region and concern, understanding how they relate as a whole, and taking an approach that fits the goal can we find a way toward solutions.
This perspective is essential not only for government and welfare but also for rebuilding local economies and for developing businesses that serve people who find it hard to express their wishes. Based on accurate understanding and analysis, we make the chances of success visible and help clients evaluate businesses efficiently while reducing the burden on practitioners.
